1. Introduction
SevaNest Enterprises (“Company”) connects trained and verified professionals (“Vendors”) with customers seeking doorstep home and personal care services.
All vendors must comply with the following policy, which governs registration, payments, conduct, and legal responsibilities.
2. Vendor Registration Process

Vendors must fill out the Vendor Registration Form online or through Office visit area manager ,Bhubaneswar,Odisha.

The following documents are mandatory:
-
Aadhaar Card (identity & address proof). Age should not be more than 60 year for technician category only.

Passport-size photograph- 2Nos
-
Bank account details for service payment.
-
Police Verification Certificate (mandatory for Personal Assistants / Caregivers only)

A non-refundable processing fee of ₹1000 must be paid to SevaNest Enterprises at registration gateway through internet banking only. Don't pay cash to any one in office.Registration process now open for Bhubaneswar, Odisha Only. Visit our Branch office.

Registration becomes valid only after verification and approval by the Area Manager.

Vendor registration applies to one city only as approved by the company. One more nearest city may be considered depending on service demand and profession of service person

Upon approval, a Vendor ID and Membership Card will be issued.
-
Upon request, SevaNest Bank account details shall be shared during registration time by Area Manager.

Beware of fake calls and representing as SevaNest Enterprises person for collection of registration amount or any business transaction. Any such incidents occurred with any one, company shall not liable or responsible for this type of fradulent act and shall not entertain the case.

Vendor must ensure business entity before doing any transaction. SevaNest Enterprises shall never ask money to any body separately for any kind of doing business. Be alert for fake hackers. Report immediately.

Pay to "SEVANEST ENTERPRISES" Bank Name- IDBI for registration and service purpose.(Only for Bhubaneswar,Odisha Only).

Registration payment by using Net Banking / Credit / Debit cards / UPI options.Company never sends payment link to vendor and customer for payment of his service dues.
3. Service Commitment
-
Vendors must perform a minimum of three (3) services per day to retain active membership.
-
Vendors must confirm three nearby localities for service delivery.
-
Vendors unable to attend an assigned service must inform the Area Manager immediately.
-
Uninformed absence or failure to attend after confirmation will be treated as serious misconduct and may lead to immediate membership termination.
4. Membership Renewal & Re-registration
-
Membership is valid for one (1) year and renewable upon satisfactory performance.
-
Renewal depends on:
-
Customer ratings,
-
Behaviour, punctuality, and discipline.
-
-
Renewal processing fee: ₹700.(Non-refundable).
-
Cancelled vendors may re-register after review and repayment of the fee.
5. Code of Conduct
-
Vendors must maintain a pleasant, polite, and caring approach toward all customers.
-
Direct business dealings with SevaNest customers are strictly prohibited.
-
Vendors must not:
-
Share personal numbers,
-
Negotiate separate pricing, or
-
Demand any extra payment from customers.
-
-
Vendors found bypassing SevaNest will be immediately blacklisted and permanently terminated.
-
Vendors must not charge any additional amount without prior company approval.
-
Vendors receiving a rating below 3 stars (out of 5) may be terminated after 2nd time remainder notice for improving service quality.
6. Vendor Cancellation / Exit

Vendors wishing to cancel registration must submit a written or emailed request with 7 days’ notice.

Once approved, Vendor ID will be deactivated.
-
Re-registration may be considered with a new ₹700 processing fee after review.(Payment acceptance only through online banking SEVANEST ENTERPRISES,IDBI Bank).
7. Accidents, Health & Safety Disclaimer

Vendors operate as independent professionals, not employees of SevaNest Enterprises.
-
The company is not responsible or liable for:
-
Accidents, injuries, or deaths occurring during service or travel,
-
Losses during the period of active service or association.
-
-
Vendors are advised to maintain personal accident or health insurance.
-
The company will not entertain any compensation claims related to personal injury or death.
8. Undertaking Before Registration
Each vendor must sign an undertaking before receiving a membership card:
“I, [Vendor Name], understand and accept that SevaNest Enterprises is not responsible for any loss, accident, injury, or death during service delivery or travel. I will not claim any compensation from the company under any circumstances.”
9. Complaint & Dispute Resolution

Vendors must handle customer issues calmly and courteously.

Any complaint must be reported immediately to SevaNest.
-
Vendors must not argue directly with customers or attempt self-resolution.
-
All disputes are to be resolved through SevaNest’s internal grievance redressal system.
-
Jurisdiction for legal disputes: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
10. Disciplinary Action
SevaNest may suspend or terminate a vendor’s membership for:

Customer complaints of misconduct or negligence,
-
Failure to attend assigned work without notice,
-
Dishonest practices or overcharging,
-
Direct or private dealings with customers,
-
Three or more complaints or poor ratings (<3 stars).
Termination may occur without prior notice, and re-registration may be denied.
11. Company’s Rights and Disclaimer
1. Operational Authority:
SevaNest Enterprises reserves the full right to manage, modify, suspend, or terminate any part of its services, vendor listings, or customer offerings without prior notice, in order to maintain operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with company policies.

Vendor & Customer Selection:
The company retains sole discretion in approving, rejecting, or removing any vendor, service partner, or customer registration if found to be non-compliant, inactive, or engaged in unethical practices. -
Service Pricing & Allocation:
SevaNest reserves the right to determine, revise, or update service pricing, commission structures, or allocation criteria based on market trends, customer feedback, and internal policy decisions. -
Intellectual Property Rights:
All content, images, designs, service descriptions, and brand materials appearing on the SevaNest platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of SevaNest Enterprises. Any unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action. -
Right to Amend Policies:
The company may update or amend these terms, policies, or disclaimers at any time. All users and vendors are advised to review updates periodically, as continued usage implies acceptance of any modifications.
2. General Disclaimer

Service Platform Role:
SevaNest Enterprises acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting customers and verified service vendors. The company does not directly provide, supervise, or guarantee the performance, conduct, or outcome of services rendered by independent vendors. -
Liability Limitation:
SevaNest shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, accident, or property dispute arising from the performance or negligence of vendors or customers. All service engagements occur directly between the two parties at their own responsibility and risk. -
Payment & Refunds:
Payments collected are processed as per company policy. Refunds, cancellations, or disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the company’s decision shall be final and binding. -
Data & Privacy:
SevaNest ensures confidentiality and protection of user data as per company privacy policies. However, the company is not liable for any technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party system failures beyond its reasonable control. -
Jurisdiction:
All legal matters or disputes relating to SevaNest Enterprises shall be governed by the laws of India, and the jurisdiction shall exclusively lie with the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Note:
Registration, usage, or participation on the SevaNest platform implies full acceptance of this disclaimer and company rights policy.

Registration does not guarantee providing continuous work or placing work order every day to each vendor .It depends on quoted service charge by individual vendor to customer and quality services given to customer.SevaNest always prefer to choose vendor service with best lowest quoted price.

SevaNest reserves the right to amend terms, service rates, and operational rules.

The company’s decision in all matters shall be final and binding.
12. Payment & Settlement Terms

Vendor payments will be processed within 3 working days after successful completion of the service and confirmation by the customer.

If a customer raises a complaint or reports dissatisfaction, SevaNest Enterprises will:

Hold or cancel the vendor’s payment for that service, and
-
Initiate a refund to the customer if the complaint is found valid.
-

Vendors cannot demand payment once a customer complaint has been lodged.
-
SevaNest Enterprises’ decision in all payment-related matters is final and binding.
-
Vendors shall not claim any unpaid or cancelled charges in such cases.
-
Any attempt to dispute or demand withheld payment will be treated as breach of agreement.
13. Declaration
I, the undersigned, have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the SevaNest Enterprises Vendor Registration & Conduct Policy.
I confirm that I am an independent service provider and will not hold SevaNest Enterprises liable for any injuries, accidents,death or losses occurring during my work,travelling for customer service and shall be responsible to bear entire expenses of all medical treatment and physical losses if any manner whatso ever or any link with outside person property losses (physical and finance) damaged .Once again, I confirm that ,I or any outside link person will not claim any compensation from the company under any circumstances.
I also understand that SevaNest has the final right to decide on payment, membership, or disciplinary actions.

Service Confirmation
Bookings placed through the website or helpline are considered service requests until confirmed by SevaNest Enterprises through Whats App, SMS, or phone call with service charge payable to "SEVANEST ENTERPRISES" only through company bank account.Our Customer care executive will share the Razorpay or Paypal account details upon confirmation of booking order for Bhubaneswar,Odisha only. No other cities service booking accepted in this website. Cash payment will not be accepted.Payment shall be done through RazorPay before booking of required service person.No any other payment method is acceptable.Contact our branch office Bhubaneswar for more details and enquiry. -
Cancellation Rules

Free cancellation allowed before vendor assignment or within 10 minutes of booking.

Once a service professional is assigned or has arrived at the customer’s doorstep, cancellation is not allowed.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 4–5 working days to the same bank account or payment method after less processing office charges Rs 50 only.

Extra Time & Service Duration
-
All SevaNest services are priced for a standard service single person duration (up to 1 hour max) unless stated otherwise.

If service extends beyond 1 hour due to additional work or delay not caused by SevaNest, extra charges will apply as per time spent by the service professional.

Customers will be informed of the additional charge before extra work begins or customer may book again for same service as per duration required with reason for extension of service.

Material, Parts & Replacement Costs
-
If any service involves replacement or procurement of spare parts, materials, or consumables, the actual cost of such materials will be charged separately to the customer.

Customers will be informed of approximate material costs before purchase or replacement.

Service Quality & Complaints
-
Any service-related issues should be reported to SevaNest Customer Care within 8 hours(Eight Hours) of completion.

Our care team will investigate and provide appropriate resolution, refund, or re-service as applicable.

Delay Disclaimer
-
SevaNest shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen conditions beyond reasonable control.

Dispute & Jurisdiction
-
Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably through SevaNest Customer Care.
-
Legal jurisdiction, if required, shall lie with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
