Vendor / Service Partner Registration

SevaNest welcomes Service Providers, Vendors, and Suppliers to become part of our Partner Network and deliver quality services to customers through a structured, transparent, and professional platform.

After successful online registration and verification, our Area Manager will contact you for further onboarding.

📍 Service Coverage Area

Currently, vendor registrations are accepted only for Urban City locations in:

🇮🇳 India

• Odisha

• Maharashtra

📌 Priority Onboarding Locations

Odisha:• Bhubaneswar• Cuttack

Maharashtra (Central Region Only):• Badlapur• Ambernath• Kalyan

(Registrations outside the above areas are not considered at present.)

🧾 Vendor Registration Fee

• A non-refundable registration fee of ₹1,000 is applicable

• Payment must be made online only to SevaNest

• Registration will be processed only after successful payment and verification

🛠 Nature of Service Engagement

• All Service Providers and Suppliers will be engaged strictly through SevaNest channels with Terms and conditions.

• Services may be short-term or long-term (Part-time/Full time )  depending on:

  • Service category

  • Quality of service

  • Customer requirement

  • Service cost and performance

Vendors must strictly follow SevaNest Vendor Conduct & Service Policy for all customer interactions and service execution.

💰 Payment & Settlement Policy

• All service payments shall be made only by SevaNest Company

• Payment to the Service Provider will be released after:

  • Successful completion of service

  • No customer complaints or pending work

  • Full service payment received by SevaNest from the customer

🚫 Direct payment from customer to service personnel is strictly prohibited

All payments are governed by SevaNest agreements, forms, and approved payment terms.

🚫 Cash & Advance Payment Policy

• Cash payments are not permitted

• Advance payments are generally not considered before services.

• Advance payment may be considered only for selected services, subject to SevaNest approval policy terms & condition of payment terms with respect to service time frame completion target.
